North Central Victim Services 1st Annual Women's Empowerment Conference will highlight the importance of strength, resilience, and justice. We want to help the health and financial freedom for females 14 years and older. We are taking a holistic approach to empower women through workshops on wellness, finance, and healthy relationships.
